Notorious fake news website Houston Leader published a hoax article titled: "Trump Signs Executive Order Issuing 90-Day Ban On Childhood Vaccinations". It opens like this:
Late Monday afternoon President Trump announced what may be one of his most controversial decisions to date when he signed an executive order placing a temporary 90-day ban on all childhood MMR (measles/mumps/rubella) vaccinations.
The executive order will require all pediatric doctors to refuse the administration of MMR vaccinations in all of their patients under the age of 18-years-old for the next 90-days or risk losing their medical license.
The article is totally made up and has no basis in reality. The list of Trump's executive orders so far has no mention of any order regarding vaccination.
Trump has made some comments regarding vaccination on Twitter as the story correctly points out but these were from before he was president and they do not mention any ban on vaccines:
