Does a video from the White House show a woman acting strangely? No, that's not true: The grainy images are from a slow-motion version of a video taken at a White House news conference in December 2025 announcing that Michael Dell, the CEO of Dell Technologies, and his wife, Susan, would donate more than $6 billion to soon-to-be-opened Trump Accounts, federal savings accounts for children born from January 2025 through the end of 2028. The woman in the video is Susan Dell and the slowed-down video makes her movements look unusual.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) published on X on Feb. 17, 2026. The text in post read:

A reverse image search (archived here) linked the post to a December 2, 2025, news conference at the White House that included President Donald Trump, several cabinet members and the Dells. A separate video (archived here) shows a similar scene from the same news conference but from a slightly different angle. It appears at about the 35:30 mark.
In the grainy video from post on X, Susan Dell's eyes appear to be blank or look empty. The C-SPAN video shows her eyes more clearly.
