Fake News: Hurricane Florence NOT Now Expected To Ricochet Off Nation's Hedge Of Protection

Is Hurricane Florence now expected to ricochet off the nation's "hedge of protection"? Unfortunately, this is not true. While it is well-written satire, we want to make sure anyone in the "cone" of danger from the massive storm will not somehow believe it and choose to stay in the deadly path.

To keep up with the real threat of this historically dangerous hurricane, we suggest you follow the National Weather Service via its official Twitter account.

The story originated from an article published on September 10, 2018 titled "Hurricane Florence Now Expected To Ricochet Off Nation's Hedge Of Protection" (archived here) which opened:
