Not only was she not arrested, she also didn't give birth to a dead man's baby, just to be clear. Fake news website World News Daily reports on the alleged misdeeds of one 'Jennifer Burrows', supposedly an assistant pathologist with the Jackson County medical examiner services. (There is also a version of the story floating around where she is named 'Kristen Burrows').
Both stories agree that Ms. Burrows was arrested by the Kansas City Missouri Police Department for sexually abusing over 50 or 60 dead bodies (depending on the story), whose ages ranged between 17 and 71 (or 17 and 45 if you prefer the other version), including a 57-year (or 37-year...) old veterinarian from Texas who died in a car accident in March 2015. According to a paternity test, this man now turns out to be the father of her newborn son, and yet they never had intercourse before his death.
World News Daily admits the story is fake in their own website disclaimer, which reads (in part):
WNDR assumes however all responsibility for the satirical nature of its articles and for the fictional nature of their content. All characters appearing in the articles in this website - even those based on real people - are entirely fictional and any resemblance between them and any persons, living, dead, or undead is purely a miracle.
It looks like the mention of dead/undead in there is not an accident.
Another reason to distrust the story: the Kansas City police department website has no mention of anyone named Burrows at all, even though the Police Chief is really Darryl Forté like the story claims. The portrait used in one version of the story was actually lifted from the department's Pintrest page:
